The working principle concept of continuous IJP

Ink is continuously ejected from the nozzle by pressure, and it breaks after being oscillated by the crystal oscillator to form ink drops at fixed intervals, and the ink drops are charged at the charging electrode at the same time. The charged ink dots fly out after being deflected by the high-voltage electrode and fall on the surface of the moving jet printing object to form a lattice.

Nozzle automatic sealing mechanism

KGK nozzle capping technology and nozzle automatic sealing technology prevent ink from sticking to the nozzle. The use of this technology effectively reduces the number of nozzle clogging and cleaning, and greatly reduces the solvent consumption.

Built-in diaphragm pump
